• Inspect installation and fire up boiler.
• Perform a full pre-service combustion and efficiency test with recorded results.
  
• Electrically isolate boiler and remove burner.
  
• Inspect burner parts for wear and notify customer if parts need replacing.
  
• Inspect primary combustion air fan.
  
• Replace nozzle with a new burner nozzle.
  
• Clean and reset electrodes.
  
• Replace or clean oil filter/s.
  
• Clean all boiler heat exchangers and flue ways.
  
• Clean and inspect combustion chamber for damage.
  
• Inspect oil tank and oil supply line and filters.
  
• Check and adjust pump pressure and flow rate.
  
• Check flame failure operation and safety cut off.
• Check fire valves for correct operation.
  
• Check room ventilation.
  
• Check all electrical controls.
  
• Carry out full combustion and efficiency tests with recorded results.

When we have finished servicing your boiler we will provide you with a full report and computerised printout.
